spring-training: ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. - St. Petersburg resident Frank Louderback, 61, watches the Tampa Bay Rays take on the Toronto Blue Jays. Louderback remembers going to games at the field before it received a multi-million dollar makeover in the 1970’s. He says he still has the scorecard and souvenir cup from the re-dedication after the makeover.
